Help with Remstar M series Pro and Smartcard

I've had this machine for 4 days and everything is fine, except when scrolling through the patient data screens, the only two that come up are the usage numbers. The AHI and all that important information doesn't come up.

The manual says the AHI data screen will only be available if your home healthcare provider has activated it. My DME is on vacation of course, and nobody else there knows anything. Is there some secret DME menu that you can get to and adjust the settings to record that data? I'm dying to know what my AHI is now that I'm on CPAP. The manual is just for the end user patient so it's no help. I'm sure there's some secret DME manual, but I don't have it.

unplug the machine, hold down the <> arrow keys while plugging the power cord back in, wait for 3 beeps. Then use the left/right keys to navigate and up/down arrows to change values, On/Off button exits setup.

machine should have come with a setup card that your DME probably kept.
