Respironics BiPAP autoSV Advanced vs. Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV

I recently had my third sleep study and based on the results my sleep doctor is prescribing a BiPAP ASV machine for me. This will be my third machine this year. I started with a Resmed AirSense 10 CPAP and then a Resmed Aircurve 10 Auto and now a new machine.

I am considering either a Respironics BiPAP autoSV Advanced or Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV machine. Which is the better machine and why? What are the pro's and con's of each?
