Perhaps a cloth mask like the one listed in my equipment profile might be helpful? Also, have you tried nasal steroids? Sorry if you mentioned this already and I overlooked that.
If you are interested in dental appliances, you might want to click on the link in my signature from a 2011 study that compared the success rates of adjustable appliances to fixed ones at various severity levels. Essentially, the adjustable ones worked a lot better and seemed to be more effective in getting the AHI below 5 in people who had mild to moderate apnea.
