sleepyhead question????

I installed it but when I try to import the data it ask me what folder to link it to and wherever it went it does not see it...any help on how to get it to the right place???..thanks

Mine pulls from my SD drive. Don't open it with windows file explorer just get data with Sleepyhead . Find out what drive your SD card is and choose that drive.

usually that means you're using an old version, or your sd card isn't being recognized by the system properly.

do you see the files on the sd card in whatever file manager your OS has?

I'm having the same issue. I'm on the latest OX on a Mac. Downloaded SH v.0.9.6 Testing OpenGL today. I put in my card and it keeps saying it can't find the files. I can see the files in Finder so my comp sees the SD card. Now, one caveat, I just started on my machine last Friday 8/7 (first time CPAP in total). I'm using a F&P Icon+ Auto.

098-1 is current, don't use old software.

Thanks Palerider. I loaded the latest software. Then inserted my card, clicked the import button, pointed it to the card, and then nothing has happened.

098-1 normally finds the import point itself, if the system has read your card.

I can see the card in finder with its folders and files so the system is reading it

I'd suggest searching the forum, or google about it. I've heard people having crashy problems on macs and solving it, but, not having one, I haven't paid much attention.

SH is written on a mac, and ported to other machines, though, for what it's worth.
