Newbie in Switzerland

Post by VeeBeeMee » Sat Aug 08, 2015 2:18 am

greetings! It is a delight to find this forum
Are their others living in Geneva who have figured this out?
It seems there are selection limitations. ResMed seems to be the only machine and mask available. Do any of you know otherwise?
Does anyone know of w sleep disorder specialist who can help me?

You may be the first Swiss member here, but others from Europe may be able to help. I found the above link thru Google.

I see from your first post (it's best to stay with one thread so we can follow your history) that you were asked to list your machine name and model, plus mask and pressure settings... can you do that? It would help us a lot to help you.

If you have congestion, it could be that your humidifier setting is too high, and you can experiment to see what the best setting is - you may not even need it at all in summer.

It is very aggravating for people trying to help you when you create multiple threads. You have some information in one thread and some in the other. This can result in you getting bad advice.

I suggest you quit posting in this thread and work on the other one - viewtopic/t107077/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1 ... 5#p1020225

You could edit that thread and change the title to "Newbie In Geneva, Switzerland".

Also, go to the User Control Panel and fill out your equipment profile.

Oops, apologies. I didn't know that this got posted twice. The interface is not so easy to navigate and it appears to offer only one group but FAQs indicate otherwise. Anyway, thanks. Also I had saved my equipment a few times but doesn't seem to appear. I have a ResMed S9 and ResMed mask. Will try to find may way to the other post.
