Those numbers are great. Especially for only the first 2 nights.
No large leaks and AHI extremely low and 8 plus hours of using the machine and hopefully sleeping for the bulk of it....very good.

How are you doing otherwise in the stuff that we can't see on the numbers like sleeping decently or having mask comfort/leak issues?

Numbers are nice for validation but they don't always tell the whole story. Wish it were that simple because if it was this therapy would be a walk in the park.

Thanks everyone! I actually sleep pretty good...the first hour trying to get to sleep is a bit challenging...i get a tiny bit claustrophobic with the nasal mask but I can usually talk myself out of it within 5 mins...then I just start to drift off. I wake a few times in the night like I used to before....but I think its more subconsciously wondering where the hose is...i fall right back to sleep....I feel like its a better RESTED sleep than I used to have..so thats good. Im up to BR once a night which is the same....but I notice NO dreams or Nightmares which used to be a big issue for me...

I really like my mask...its the PR Wisp X1...nasal mask...apart from that little bit of claustrophobia...it fits really good. Its snug on my face but not too tight...and it really encases my nose perfect...the only times I feel a little leak is when I turn my head into my pillow and it presses against it...otherwise its sealed up good. I start out at 6....which is WAY better than the 4 the first night....and feel able to exhale a lot easier with that pressure.

I turned the humidity down to 3 instead of 4 and it works better for me too...not wet in the morning in the nasal mask....

Thanks again for the input..I wasn't quite sure what it all meant....Hopefully it continues to go along like it is!

What does the 90% Pressure Mean?

Mine has been 10.5

Thanks

The 90% pressure figure is deceiving. Most think that it means that your pressure was at that level for 90% of the time spent on the machine, and that makes sense to any average person. But what it really means is that you spent 90% of your time on the machine at or below that pressure.

If your pressure for most of the night is, say, 12 and you have one brief spike up to 16, the machine will report that your 90% pressure was 16.
