Swift LT for Her nasal pillows-unused sizes

Everytime I get a new mask it comes with 3 different sizes of nasal pillows: XS, S and M. I use the M.
What do you all do with the unused sizes? Seems a waste to just trash them.
I thought there was somewhere on here where people exchange them...
Ebay them? lol
cpap since 10/09, pressure 9.0, epr 3, ramp NONE!

You could EBay them or you could post thing in the Great Pillow exchange thread to see if someone wants to swap with you. Not as many Swift LT users now though as there were a few years ago.
