If you ever have the chance, do try the ahi tuna. It is to die for.

well, yes, and no.

酒 sake the drink vs. 鮭 sake the fish (fresh salmon)

they're homophones for the most part... The difference between the pronunciations is simple; it's the emphasis. Sake as in the salmon is pronounced "Sa-ke (→↘)" whereas the rice wine is pronounced "Sa-ke (→↗)".

Definition:

Apnea-hypopnea index, or AHI, is an index used to assess the severity of sleep apnea based on the total number of complete cessations (apnea) and partial obstructions (hypopnea) of breathing occurring per hour of sleep. These pauses in breathing must last for 10 seconds and are associated with a decrease in oxygenation of the blood. In general, the AHI can be used to classify the severity of disease (mild 5-15, moderate 15-30, and severe greater than 30). Also Known As: Respiratory Disturbance Index, Apnea-Hypopnea Index or AHI

You would either have to have a sleep study or data off of your cpap machine to find out what yours is.

I hope this answers your questions.

I wish you well...

it's the very rare, and lucky person who gets more help from their DME, unfortunately.
