CASTING: NYC area folks who are seeking Sleep Treatment $500

We are looking for people to share their stories about their sleep health for an upcoming video project. If you have had sleep problems and sought treatment, we want to hear from you!

Those who are selected will be featured in a video project and PAID $500 for their participation. A quick phone call and a 10 minute Skype interview is all we need to consider you for the final project. Easy peasy!

We are looking for people to share their story for our video project, this is not a sleep study and there is no treatment component to the project.

We are actually based in New York City, two blocks north of the World Trade Center and our client doesn't want to fly anyone to NYC for filming, so we are searching for locals. ; )

You are not saying who your client is. It seems like an important omission. I'm not eligible but I would not consider participating without knowing whose project this is -- an insurance company? big pharma? Any organization/company whose values are not in line with mine? Your questionnaire asks for very personal information -- name, address & phone, age, ethnicity, personal photo, medical history, and identification of one's insurance carrier. You should be as transparent as you're asking prospective participants to be.

Thanks again Kaiasgram for pointing out important information being omitted when folks coming to this board are asking for participants in filming and studies. Kind of insulting and arrogant not to provide important disclosure information in light of the fact that very personal information is being asked.
