Machine Fault

Post by Tripacer » Tue Jun 02, 2015 7:09 am

My machine has given me warning faults that the heater is no longer working. Everything else seems to work fine, but with no humidifier, I'm breathing dry air. Please don't tell me to go back to Apria, those people are crooks, they only want my money, won't talk live, and keep robo calling me to tell me they can sell me supplies. Terrible customer service, this forum is where I come for help.

Thanks

You could try unplugging the machine and plugging it back in again.

If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

How old is your machine? If it is under two years old, it should still be under warranty.
Take it in--IN PERSON! Don't take any crap from them. When they sell a machine,
they assume responsibility for servicing the warranty. You don't have to give them any numbers,
well, maybe an expired credit card number.

I just got it in February. Thanks for the help, I think I will just take it in. These people won't even give you their phone number....Oh I just hate dealing with poor customer service.

INSIST on replacement or a loaner if they need to send your machine back.
