I’ve posted about my wife’s difficulties with mask sizes before, and with forum help we identified nasal options that worked well enough. Thank you for that
But she recently had complex surgeries including sinus surgery and now the nasal masks are causing her sinuses to inflame and close up. ENT & sleep Dr are recommending a full face mask at least during recovery.
She has a really small face and the small sizes available through out medical coverage system don’t work. The head gear is too big and she can’t get a good seal.
We need an extra small mask but im not finding any options i can just buy and trying online. Does anyone have any decent suggestions?

I don't have a specific suggestion, but it may be worth while to look at pediatric CPAP masks for your wife.

Sleepweaver cloth masks are what I would use if I were in the same situation.
There is so little pressure on the face and nose, that she might be able
to use either the advance or elan, both of which come in a small.
Sleepweaver may also have pediatric masks.

I have always had the problem with the headgear being too big. Whatever mask I used, I needed the largest mask they make for that particular mask, but the headgear was always too big. So, I would have to buy the next size down headgear.
