CPAP Machine to Donate
CPAP Machine to Donate
I was diagnosed a having sleep apnea, barely, back in 2002. I was provided with a CPAP machine, which I used for a few years. However, it got to the point that I don't seem to need it any more. I am facing a possible move out of the country, to the U.K., so am trying to find someone to donate my CPAP Machine to; a Good Knight 420S by Puritan Bennett. I checked out another Sleep Apnea website, but for some reason, they will not accept my machine. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I can donate this? I live in N. California, in the Bay area.

A charity wouldn't want such an ancient machine but there a lot of people on here who would absolutely kill to get an old replacement Puritan Bennett 420.Nandu wrote:I was diagnosed a having sleep apnea, barely, back in 2002. Hey, if it still pumps air into ones lungs and provides an adequate air splint, data or no data, it may be a lifesaver for someone with plain vanilla OSA and limited funds.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
