Detailed FFM fitting istructions

Several months ago, I had printed a post that detailed all of the things this user had done over a period of a few weeks to fit his FFM without leaks. Of course, I have since lost what I have printed and am hoping someone might remember who the original poster was. My standard mask is an Airfit P10 for Her, but I wear an F&P Simplus FFM when my allergies act up. Again, the post was extremely detailed ... anyone remember that?
