Cannot control pressure flow

Post by CpapCraig » Mon Jul 05, 2021 10:30 pm

I have a Philips Respironics System One A Flex APaP. I recently removed the cancer foam. It seems to work fine, EXCEPT the air pressure is insane. It reads 4.0, but is blowing like 20.0. I'm wondering if there's something I missed during reassembly that could have caused this, or if there's a way I can reboot the system to fix it? Changing the pressure setting via Setup has no effect. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Get a manometer and verify pressure first of all.
You can buy them or even make one.
There are some DIY instructions here on the forum to make one but I am sorry...don't have that link handy.

If you didn't get the little rubber plugs between the board and the plastic module back in place properly, and seated on their appropriate sensors, then the machine has no idea what pressure it's generating.
