Re: Newbie needs help with Oscar interpretation- AHI Rising

Sudafed is not a good idea for anything more than the occasional night - it can keep you awake and has other issues. Re: Newbie needs help with Oscar interpretation- AHI Rising

you slept before 3 and you woke up at 5 pm and then went back at 10 pm till 8 am. Taking a nap that close to bedtime is not good. You need a regimate. Same time to bed same time up as close as you can. So a nap can be taken very early in the day, it seems it was a good distance before settling down...

Re: Looking to buy used Redmed Aircurve Vauto for UARS

IF you had at least access to an autopap (not nec. Vauto) and you used it for a couple of nights at least, and had any old SD card that you could use with Oscar - the free and fabulous software available here - you could get a really comprehensive picture of your sleep, post it here (graphs, info e...

Re: Where A CPAP Newbie Should Start

Hi everyone. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I have suspected I have a sleep disorder for a while. I had a home sleep test done that was negative for sleep apnea. https://imgur.com/a/6WR05Tr After being discouraged for a while, I finally discovered UARS and seem to fit the bill. Howev...
