Re: Newb's First SleepyHead Results
I recommend you bring your minimum pressure up to at least 12. You are staying around 13 most of the night anyway. Thank you for the suggestion, but I'm not sure that I understand. Isn't there a range from 8 to 20, and the machine automatically goes to the necessary pressure within the range? :?

Re: Newb's First SleepyHead Results
Thank you for responding, Pugsy; unfortunately, I have no idea how to zoom out from the one minute segment (or what I did to cause that).

Newb's First SleepyHead Results
I've been using a CPAP for a while, but just tried using SH for the first time recently. I know MyAir isn't super-accurate, but my results have ranged from 100 to "leak/need to adjust mask." So, after reading Pugsy's Pointers on posting SH charts, I'm going to try to attach yesterday's. If someone c...

Just in case the OP is still following the thread, did you see this older post about the Falcon (or partial swastika) sleeping position?

Re: Newb with Trouble Installing SleepyHead
First off, my apologies for any comments that were critical of Apnea Board, or any that were taken critically. In sum, I received a response that allowed me to finish downloading and installing SleepyHead. Second, thanks to Dog Slobber, KnightSleeper, Palerider, and Jimbud for their very fast and i...

Newb with Trouble Installing SleepyHead
[Okay, I previously posted this on the Apnea Board, but there’s been no response in 3+ days, so if someone here can provide some really basic info, it’d be much appreciated.] Sorry for my incompetence; I've been attempting to install Sleepyhead 1.1.0 on my Mac, but I'm unable to understand the insta...

Re: SleepyHead Software: where to download
I apologize in advance if I'm misunderstanding these threads, but if I haven't previously installed Sleepyhead, should I should just wait a little for the introduction of OSCAR? Also, I'm barely able to use my Mac, so will OSCAR require knowledge of Ubuntu, Linux, debugging, etc., or basically anyth...

Padacheek Still in Business?
Has anyone had any dealings recently with Padacheek, or know whether the company is still in business?
I ask because I've sent at least three or four emails (either through "Contact Us" on the webpage or by PM from here), in the past month or so, but never received a response to any of them.
TIA.

Re: Has anyone hit a score of 100 in myAir?
I don’t get 100 very often, but that doesn’t bother me that much. It’s the points-off for mask leaks that I find concerning (and if I ask myself, as some have suggested, whether I felt the CPAP helped me sleep well? Meh, I still have daytime sleepiness, even with the use of Armodafanil (generic Nuvi...

Re: Has anyone hit a score of 100 in myAir?
i have only been using it for about a month but i have gotten several 100's. typically my lesser scores are just due to my lack of sleeping so i dont get the time amount. i do think the 5pts for 1-2 mask off and 1 of those counting as taking it off in the morning is bull. i shut my machine off an t...

Re: Has anyone hit a score of 100 in myAir?
I probably hit 100 75 percent of the time. It irritates me that if I turn it off briefly during the night to go to the bathroom more than once it drops me to 99. If my AHI goes above 5.0 and/or I use the machine much less that 8 hours on a given night it al will lower my score. So, if it irritates ...

Re: Has anyone hit a score of 100 in myAir?
Exactly, which is yet another reason for the anal among us (like me) to leave the machine on when getting up for a trip to the bathroom.Okie bipap wrote: ↑Tue Jan 01, 2019 3:40 pmAny time you turn the machine off, My Air counts it as a mask off.
