Re: teenager cpap compliance, what type of help do we need??
I had the surgery when I was a teen. It was absolutely awful. Going to school with my mouth wired shut. Not being able to eat anything but liquids for 8 weeks. The whole thing was miserable and today I still feel the pain in my jaw when the weather changes oh and I am on pap so it didn't really fix ...

Re: My Air - It's Back
I've had my machine on airplane mode for a long time. Interesting thing is I got a message from my air that it was back and to check my progress or something like that. Now all my data is there and airplane mode is suddenly turned off. So much for keeping my health data private.

Getting ready to go home.
Maybe I'll stop off and eat a taco.

I'm pretty broken. It was completely unexpected. He just went to sleep and never woke up. I am thankful he didn't suffer. Devastating! Sobering! Thanks for sharing that. I am sure you have some great memories to treasure and focus on, once you have processed the shock of it. We all have different b...

Sad to hear, Baby-D. How are you doing? Frankly we are much more interested in you and your well-being than in my off-topic Xtwit rants, after all. Seriously, if you are comfortable talking, we are all comfortable listening. Hope you are doing well. -Jeff Thank you Jeff. I'm pretty broken. It was c...

Re: OT (very): What's going on at Twitter?
Technically, my wife's a boomer and I'm an X. Here's an article on Y it is that X may soon be all about a chair that is as empty as Z's: "If Musk's bullheaded past is any guide, he will ride the X concept into the ground — or at least, until Twitter goes bankrupt, or he runs out of money to prop it...

Re: OT (very): What's going on at Twitter?
If they rename us Although I generally eschew labels, I admit I was born on the borderlands of Gen X but in the foothills of Boomerness. So I consider myself to be stuck in the middle. Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right. My husband was in the last years of the boomers and I am in the fir...

Re: OT (very): What's going on at Twitter?
Did Elon forget that X is best known as the universal symbol for "wrong"? As a gen x I'm officially offended. And I'm offended that Family Feud is providing all that free advertisement after each wrong answer. I have a feeling your generation will soon be sued and renamed in order to protect...

Re: Data leak
No. Haven't had it happen to me or heard of it. BUT....did you verify that the apple notice was indeed from apple and not someone spoofing to glean personal information? I get similar "notifications" that look very real from a variety of sites and they aren't real. Just someone pfishing for some us...

Data leak
Got a notice from apple that my cpaptalk account password was involved in a data breach and that I should change it. Funny thing is it wasn't my current password but a very old one. Anyone else have this happen ?

Why not just put a hose cover on it? They make them. I've made several for myself both crochet and sewn.

Re: CPAP mask for 12year old boy
Although I have never been formally diagnosed with it (they didn't check for that kind of thing when I was growing up), I fit a lot of the criteria for being autistic. (Older parents, socially awkward, textures really bother me especially in food). I couldn't do a nasal pillow mask. I do better with...
