Hi Mlandu33 If you disconnect the mask in the morning but leave your Dreamports attached to your nostrils, you can put your thumbs over each of those and see if blowing out air through your nose leaks out around the sticky parts on your skin. What effect do air leaks have on events?
I have both obstructive and central.
It seems to me that the event number tends to be lower when the leaks are higher.
Is there such a thing as an acceptable number?
