There is no detailed data in the DATALOG directory before Aug 4, 2021, so that is why you don't see detailed data after importing from that card.

Re: Possible Oscar Technical Issue
OSCAR's DeVilbiss loader still writes a lot of diagnostic messages to the debug log. Use Help > Troubleshooting > Create ZIP of diagnostic logs and upload the zip file to my Dropbox folder . Please include your forum name in the zip file name so we know who the file is from. I'll look at it and see ...

Re: False Flag Events
There's about a fifteen second delay, i.e. actual events usually precede the flags on Oscar by about fifteen seconds. But I'm used to that and know where to look. I've just reviewed the code and the positioning of the flags in the chart. The CPAP machine seems to be providing a timestamp for the ev...

Re: False Flag Events
All CPAP machines have some degree of false flagging. The machine only knows about flow and pressure, but not why the flow is irregular. For example, if you hold your breath for 10 seconds (as you might do when turning over), the machine only knows you aren't breathing so might flag that as an apnea...

Re: 1.03 Oscar update lost all my charts
The data on the SD card is fine and imported properly into my copy of OSCAR. The data and graphs look fine. Try the following steps to see if this changes the result: Reboot your computer Start OSCAR Create a new profile Insert your SD card in the SD reader on your computer Import the SD card into O...

Re: 1.03 Oscar update lost all my charts
I suggest you make a zip file of your SD card and upload it to my Dropbox folder. Please include your forum name in the zip file name so we know who the file is from. I will see what is on it.

Re: 1.03 Oscar update lost all my charts
Please tell us the exact steps you went through when upgrading to 1.3.0. Did you move any files around? Did you re-import data from existing database? What should have happened was this: Install new version of OSCAR Start OSCAR 1.3.0 OSCAR 1.3.0 would use your existing database and you would see all...

Re: 1.03 Oscar update lost all my charts
Are you saying that the SD card you imported from had both Dreamstation and Resmed data on the same card? That won't work well. You should always use a new or freshly formatted SD card when using a new or different brand or model line machine. OSCAR examines your SD card to figure out what kind of m...

Re: OSCAR 1.3.0 is released 10/17/2021
I'm guessing you have upgraded from an AirSense 10 to an AirSense 11? If you used a SD card from an AirSense 10 in an AirSense 11, that would happen. You can resolve the problem by looking at the root directory of the SD card. If it has files named identificaiton.tgt and identification.json, just re...

Re: OSCAR 1.3.0 is released 10/17/2021
OSCAR determines the ventilator model when you import data from the machine, so the ventilator model shown is adjusted automatically. On the Profile page, if you are using multiple devices, the latest device you imported from should be shown for your profile. If you have imported data from the SD ca...

Re: OSCAR 1.3.0 is released 10/17/2021
When you tried to import from the USB stick, did you specify the root directory of the stick, or did you try to navigate to another directory in the stick? You should import from the root directory.

Re: OSCAR 1.3.0 is released 10/17/2021
If you can import from a copy on the hard drive but cannot import from the infoUSB stick directly, this will probably turn out to be a Mac issue of some kind. I can import directly from the USB stick on Windows. I will direct someone familiar with the Mac to your problem.

Re: OSCAR 1.3.0 is released 10/17/2021
In the zip file, the directory above the ICON directory was named "F&P". Is that the way it is on the InfoUSB card? I expect the root directory of the InfoUSB card to have a directory named FPHCARE.

Re: OSCAR 1.3.0 is released 10/17/2021
First, are you using OSCAR 1.3.0? Only 1.3.0 supports the SleepStyle. If you are using 1.3.0, does the serial number of your SleepStyle machine contain any letters? If it is all digits, OSCAR may be incorrectly identifying it as an Icon, and then the icon import code doesn't recognize the data so do...

Re: Something's wrong with my machine
I agree with Pugsy's questions about breathing difficulties. For the OSCAR report, "last night" might actually be Jun 8, 1970 and not July 17, 2018. The only way to know for sure what the CPAP machine's internal calendar is set to is to import data again after another night's sleep and see which "la...
