My sleep time is highly dependent on the weather. I sleep well 8+ hours in winter, but in summer it's difficult for me to get to sleep and I sleep anxiously, waking up often. Believe, I'm the same way, specially during Tx summer heat. I sleep great during winter months. Should move to Antartica :D
