Nope, you can buy anywhere you want. Lincare (and any other DME) will try to sell you the maximum amount that your insurance will reimburse. Realistically, you don't need all those supplies. Resmed Airsense 11 Autoset

Like anything plastic you pull out of a box, it has that factory plastic smell. It goes away almost immediately, certainly after a night of using it. I guess if you're hyper-sensitive you can probably get it smell like Lysol or bleach or something else.
