Re: C-Flex+

I used C-Flex+ last night for the first time (sorry TennesseeCattleman1 - I did receive your PM just hadn't had a chance to try it). I would agree with blakepro - it seems like C-Flex+ was measuring my exhalations, and it sensed when I got to the end and began blowing air back in again. Likewise on ...

Re: HOW TO: Disable Speaker on Philips Respironics System One

jdm5, thanks for sharing your "workaround" - your instructions and step-by-step photos (even with annotated arrows) are very comprehensive. Last time I saw something as Good were the easy-to-follow user-written ones I followed to upgrade my TIVO unit with much larger capacity HDDs. However much I l...

HOW TO: Disable Speaker on Philips Respironics System One

I was really annoyed last night with my Philips Respironics System One unit...this is my first CPAP, and I've only had it a week. But I got up to go to the bathroom, turned it off, and BEEP. I got back in bed, turned it back on, and BEEP. I hate it...why would a device designed to be in the bedroom ...

Re: swift II or swift LT ?

I haven't tried it but the Comfortlite 2 doesn't have anything on the cheeks (not sure if you'd be comfortable with it on your forehead)...

Re: C-Flex+

I have it, but this is my first CPAP machine...today is my one week anniversary!

Happy to answer any questions you may have, but I'm probably not experienced enough to say with any certainty the differences.

Re: Encore Pro Software CD

What version did you get? Presume 1.8 - it's not 2.1 by chance? Did you install it? Does it work?

Remstar Auto A-Flex System One - disable beep on startup?

I'm a new CPAP user (last night was my first night...this is rough). I have a Remstar Auto A-Flex System One. During the night I had to get up, and I shut off the unit (it's quiet while in use, but the airflow is kind of loud if I'm not wearing the mask). When I got back in bed and turned it on, it ...
