I assumed I should not add anything to the water and don't. I have the humidifier set at 3 and a heated hose. It is comfortable, especially since I am new at this. Am I missing something ???? Looks like the thing is $109 ... why not just buy it and be done?
I think the pads will be the real cost. Looks like $75/month and I don't think any insurance will pay for a disposable.

I have a Dream Station auto CPAM machine and am getting along well after my first week of use. My nasal passage have always sinus closed off at night when I sleep so it is increasingly difficult to breath except by mouth.
