Here's a study that tries to establish what a normal rate for brief arousals is by age:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2564772/
It has its limitations, but a good take-away is that brief arousals are a normal part of sleep.

Xylimelts stimulate the production of saliva. They stick to your teeth or gums and are long-acting.

During your sleep study, do you know how much of the time your O2 levels were below 90?

Re: Still Waking up at night
I think you're right to disregard the CAs and stick with your current settings. How you feel is a very important datum in making these decisions.

Re: Still Waking up at night
Well done! Many of us change our own settings, based on our Oscar data and advice from experienced people here. Good doctors and technicians will be supportive, especially when they see good results and understand that your changes are data-driven. One general recommendation: unless a change proves ...

Almost! Please turn off the calendar and the pie chart so that more of the other information will appear. Use "View" to turn those two things off. Thanks for your patience with this.

Re: Still Waking up at night
You've mentioned flow limitations a couple of times. Yours are not by any means horrible, but let me write a little bit about this subject. Some people have their sleep disrupted by FLs, and others don't. Some FLs originate in the nose, and there's not much the machine can do about those, since the ...

Welcome! Could you repost your chart but include the left panel, which has a lot of useful information? Once you've done that, there will certainly be people who will try to help.

Re: Very new to CPAP. Still no sleep with it. Looking for help.
Trivium's right; it *does* take time to get used to using the mask and machine. You can speed up the process by setting your machine up outside your bedroom and using it during the day or evening while you do something mildly diverting, like watching TV, reading, or using your devices. It's importan...

Re: Clearing nasal passage - Tips please.
If dryness is part of the problem, you can use a saline spray formulated for nasal use, and you can play around with the humidity level for your machine. Your nose may need different levels of humidity at different times.

Re: Still Waking up at night
So I actually noticed the higher pressure was the problem with all the CA events when tossing and turning and trying to sleep. I was able to basically eliminate all those events last night by just resetting the machine so it starts off at 4 again. It seems the higher pressure when trying to fall as...

Re: Still Waking up at night
Your chart looks good! Very nice AHI (bracketing the awake events), excellent leak control, and no snores. You do have some flow limitations off and on, but I wouldn't worry about them if I were you. I think you've put your finger on something important. As you get more and more used to the mask and...

Re: Still Waking up at night
When you have a moment, I'd be curious to see a representative daily chart, with the information described in the link Pugsy provided. You can't upload it to the site, unfortunately, but you can use an image-hosting site like Imgur and post a link.
