I use coffee pot descaler solution to clean my tank like new. I've had the tank several years and it has had no effect on the tank or seals. After soaking for 1 hour it comes out factory new.

After erasing the smartcard via Encore Basic, the CPAP is beeping no matter how I insert the smartcard.

If I put in back into the PC cardreader, it works fine.

This happened right after I used Encore Basic to erase the card.

I haven been using the orginal Encore Pro software for several years. I just got a new PC and installed the Encore Basic V2 on it. It had no problem reading my card and working fine. I live in mainland China and travel all over Asia. You won't need an adapter plug in China. The plugs here fit everything fine. It's just 220v/50hz everywhere. I have no problem's traveling. In fact if you tag your CPAP with a medical tag, you can board the planes first!
