Today I received, unannounced to me, a replacement for my DS1 bipap which I reported on the Philips website well over 1yr ago now. I didn't scream & holler or complain so that is likely why it took so long. The problem is this - I received only the bipap blower part NO power supply and NO humidifier...

The problem is that the Wellue data and the CSR (both for the same 'sleep') are on different days making it hard to compare. Honestly, I would ask my insurance what other DMEs are in network. Make notes. Then call the others. Many DMEs will lie to get your business so beware.

If UARS is a culprit of my poor sleep

My sleep doc said anyone with sleep apnea has UARS.

This is what I use to hold the hose up. Slip the hose thru a large rubber band, a hair scrunchie, or whatever you have available.

All good suggestions above. Only downfall is my left nostril gets irritated by it and has a red soreness on the inner side of nostril. There's three different S9 machines that have "auto" in the name, one of them should be avoided. (the Escape Auto).

Get a copy of your sleep study, that should answer some of your questions. Your doc, DME, and the sleep lab will all have a copy, why shouldn't you?
