i turned off my epr off and my ahi decreased but the flow limitations increased. i dont feel great but not really bad either.

agree with Pugsy. My 2 thoughts:
1. pressure setting needs to go higher: I guess 11-12 cm to start with
2. leaks need better control. You might consider full face mask as they generally work better with higher pressures.
3. pay attention to flow limitations as well.
