Re: Locking topics

But Pugsy doesn’t want to explain, she’s left the building, so you’ll just have accept that you are the victim of a misunderstanding. There is no law that says I have to explain anything I do or don't do....but I already removed the past offending posts so you all wouldn't see them anyway. They (al...

Re: Locking topics

Ralph yea, unless you sent a PM to Pugsy, I can’t see why she’s so angry with you. I reviewed your posts can’t see anything . But Pugsy doesn’t want to explain, she’s left the building, so you’ll just have accept that you are the victim of a misunderstanding. Granny just likes to stir the pot, ignore!

Re: AirFlow reduction ???

And I learned something as well. Unless your Doc pulls your SD card, there is no way for him to see the detail that you are seeing with OSCAR.
No wonder I get this "look" of "how come you have this fine detail and I don't?"

Re: OT:::::Medicare Advantage plans "are taking over Medicare and they are taking advantage of elderly patients,"

Hmmmm. So lets see where the 65+ gang get the most "bang for their buck" Traditional medicare overhead is approx 2%. MA overhead (including profit) is approximately 17% Of course the MA overhead includes profit for the commercial insurer, while traditional medicare has no profit. Does that mean that...

Re: OT:::::Medicare Advantage plans "are taking over Medicare and they are taking advantage of elderly patients,"

The Advantage Plans vary by zip code. And they also vary year to year. And that can be a problem for some folks who are in communities with limited choices in practioners (think rural communities). Just because your Advantage doc is in network this year does not assure that he will be in network ne...

Re: Flow limitations and large leaks

Thanks for the suggestion,
I've read over that discussion, it was very good and now makes me suspect that leak periods over Resmed's threshold ought to be excluded from analysis.
I further wonder if my sleep doctor realizes that data derived from leaking periods should be considered suspect.

The "experts* that you've repeatedly made sarcastic trolling comments towards?
Reply to your off topic response:
You are confusing “sarcastic” with criticism. Yes, I have criticized vulgar and personal derogatory remarks made by others.

Re: Flow limitations and large leaks

Not so much about calculations of flow limitions (which if I follow other members comments are somewhat mysterious) But eyeballing my Oscar charts it seems as if flow limitations become more severe in the intervals where there is a leak greater than 24. Or said another way, during non-leakage period...
