Methylpholate supplements?
Has anyone taken this supplement and has it helped? I have adhd insomnia and anxiety. My gene test says I’m low or don’t process this gene correctly so I’m taking a supplement. Thanks!

Paradoxically insomnia
Has anyone experienced this? I believe I have it. I remember my in lab sleep study showing me asleep for 9 hours but it felt like I only had 5 hours. Anyone have any insights on this?

Insomnia after 2nd child
Insomnia after 2nd child So apparently I’ve been told by someone I love that my panic attack before sleep happened a week after we found out we are having a second child. I ended up in the ER and ever since that, almost a year ago, my sleep has really tanked. I’ve developed insomnia and I’ve been on...

Re: For Sale: F&P Vitera Masks and 3 Cushions - MAKE AN OFFER
I am looking for a full face to supplement my p10 when I am congested. I’ve tried this one before with minimal success. I’d take it if it were free but good luck with the sale!

Re: frequent respiratory infections
It’s reassuring to hear this because I have as well become sick and I wash pretty regularly. I’ve had walking pneumonia, strep throat, and just got over a sinus infection. I’ve had to take so many anti biotic to get rid of them because they last for weeks. I don’t know what to do to help it because ...

Re: Full face mask recommendations
I’m hoping yes. Some old version that worked that never changed into something that doesn’t.

Full face mask recommendations
Hi Airsense 11 user since 2021. I’ve come a long way in finding a mask/settings that work for me, very grateful to the community. However, recently, I suspect I am getting upper airway infections that are bacterial because this is the 2nd/3rd time I’ve been put on antibiotics after a sinus infection...

Unexpected Insomnia and Panic Attacks
Hi So I’ve been on the forum for a while but I’ve recently had some very serious issues surrounding sleep. I had a panic attack one evening at the start of August, went to the ER. This was the first night I panicked because I knew I wasn’t falling asleep and I know I needed sleep, so it’s like a sno...

Re: New to CPAP but feeling much worse instead of better
Remember two things. What works for others probably won’t work for you, at least in my case so you have to do your own thing. Also, never give up. Take a break every now and then to reset, but cpap therapy is 100% worth it. It took me from 2022-2024 to finally dial in my pressures, but I messed with...

Re: Waking up at 2:30-3:00am every single night past 3 weeks
I'm reading the book "why we sleep". Which is truly astonishing the detail and things I've learned and I'm not even halfway. But no, I do not drink alcohol and I do not read in bed. I know the rules :). Falling asleep has changed drastically from before. I used to be so wired going to bed and couldn...
