No bowel troubles for me either but I did have my 1st ever UTI a week after starting cpap that I blamed on cpap. After being used to getting up 2-5 times a night to empty my bladder I was sleeping through for 6 hours and I blame it on that.

That looks like a mask that may work for me too. I like the idea of the Swift but with the hose connected to only one end it seems like it may fit crooked on my nose.
