That’s a dramatic change! How are you keeping your mouth closed?
I use the same method most use, just keeping your tongue pressed up to your front teeth and up. I do sometimes open my mouth but that only happens if I wind up on my back.

Re: Looking for help with OSCAR data, am I doing something wrong?

Things have improved here a bit. I tried moving to the Resmed F30i mask and thought I was doing better. My beard was still causing all kinds of leaks so I attempted to use the P30i Pillows. They arrived on Christmas Eve and it was the best gift. My leak issues have diminished to where it's negligibl...

Re: Looking for help with OSCAR data, am I doing something wrong?

ASVAuto, MinEPAP 11, Max IPAP 29.0 PS 0.0-14.0 I have had 3 tests and have all 3 reports...might as well be written...

Was hoping it would help with leaks and but it always seems like the pressure is off the charts and blowing me up. My sleep studies were not the greatest (did 3 and all were a nightmare and barely g...

Re: UK user...ok for the first 5 hours but unwearable afterward

Wow...I am dealing with the exact same things as the OP. Been a week. I find I can fall asleep just fine and have to get up once maybe during the night to use the bathroom. But around 4AM I take medication, then after that I have a real tough time with the mask at that point. It's like it's on the h...
