When I searched the subject there was a comment made that there was a DME doing it for a fee but they couldn’t remember who. I thought someone here might have knowledge.

I will save you the long version of my day and the 4 offices I have dealt with but the short version is I asked my (new to me) sleep doc to put me on the cancellation list for a quicker appointment and before we hung up the phone I got one for Monday morning. Might be worth doing as a backup plan.

Yea but would they do a BiPAP without a study? What would the script say? One BiPAP machine set to user defined levels? Send the results to your ENT. I would bet he would want to prescribe either another test or even just go right to a APAP.
Also try asking your insurance if you pay for the sleep study and it finds OSA will they reimburse you.
