Re: Philips Dreamstation 2 need help (asap)
I see, ty. I don't really think that we need data collection or auto adjust. We need 5-6 cm constant pressure to oxy supppy and that's all. Hope I'm not wrong If that's all you need, then why don't you just use a cannula? as ive been told, oxygen by cannula isnt enough, its more efficient to carry ...

Re: Philips Dreamstation 2 need help (asap)
"Airsense 10" is a line of 4 different machines, so which one of the four did you get? Hopefully it's one of the two Autoset models. I cant say for sure, coz its already on its way, we bought it from "ebay" kind of site. But judging by photos from site its an autoset (im not 100% sure). Whats diffe...

Re: Philips Dreamstation 2 need help (asap)
No, it won't work the way you think it will. It takes Respironics machines at least a minute to shut down after the mask is *completely off*, not "slightly moved". Oxygen getting into the machine is not optimal, however you can bleed the oxygen into the hose after an antibacterial filter, so most, ...

Re: Philips Dreamstation 2 need help (asap)
Resmed devices will shut off within a few seconds of taking the mask *off*, but they won't shut off if the machine thinks that the mask is still on, just having a really hug leak. Respironics machines have always been *very* slow to shut off, even with the mask laying on the floor, blowing for over...

Re: Philips Dreamstation 2 need help (asap)
Not sure if this will help as all my limited experience is based on being in the US, but if you're out of options...the Philips Patient Support Team can talk to the Care Orchestrator Team. I have gotten their help over an issue with my Dreamstation 2 because I bought the unit from a supplier that d...

Re: Philips Dreamstation 2 need help (asap)
Are you a health professional? If so, contact Philips. Alternatively get the person who supplied your CPAP (presumably a professional) to make the adjustment for you. No. Ive already contacted person who supplied our CPAP, waiting for his answer. The problem is that we live in Ukraine and i dont th...

Re: Philips Dreamstation 2 need help (asap)
Hello. Straight to the point. We using DS2 for delivering oxygen to patient. Problem is that it has this "auto on/off" feature on, which making therapy useless because we need constant pressure. Why is this making therapy useless? The auto-off won't turn the machine off unless the mask is removed, ...
