I am so proud of myself!
Last night was the longest that I ever slept with the CPAP on, 5 hours and 25 minutes!

Last night I actually fell asleep with my CPAP on and when I woke up, my machine said that I slept for 2 hours and 5 minutes!
I know this doesn’t seem like a long time, but for me, it was a big accomplishment, cuz I was scared to fall asleep with it on.
