Even if by some convoluted, bizarre rationale whereby someone would argue that ASV might offer some benefit, the settings chosen are complete nonsense. Please can y...

Re: Still struggling with cpap ASV
I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea by the end of 2020 when I did polysomnography which showed 27 AHI. No desaturation. Well that's a neat trick. IIWY I'd get a hold of the original, complete studies and find out exactly what needs to be fixed. If anything. Here is a IA translation of my last PSG ...

Re: Still fighting with sleep and CPAP after many years
Unfortunately or fortunately my sleep hygiene is rather good.
Except screens like many of us...
I take melatonin, many herbs.
Any advice about my "sleep doctor" who told that maybe I don't need a CPAP to sleep ??

Re: Still fighting with sleep and CPAP after many years
Hi today I think a little better than yesterday. Note that if anxiety was the main problem it was unlikely to have a good sleep !! Here are the Oscar results : (with SPO2 datas) https://imgur.com/a/OwQUhFU As usual mainly CA which seem to be false and junk sleep only ? Question is to know if using B...
