Re: fatigue with cpap for many years
Last night: * ASV * EPAP fixed 10 * PS 4–11.6 Results: * AHI 0.66 * OA 0 * very low leaks * UF1 (your custom flow limitation flag) only 0.77/h The first part of the night was difficult because of a heavy restaurant meal (pizza + dessert). This morning I had some aerophagia, although it may also be r...

Re: fatigue with cpap for many years
It would be interesting to see a zoomed in view around 22:50. Also, move up the mask pressure graph so that its next to the flow rate graph. You can click and drag it, or you can double click both to pin them. Using ASV Auto would allow the EPAP to be lower most of the time which could reduce the m...

Re: fatigue with cpap for many years
Thanks again for your suggestions. I tried increasing EPAP to 11 with PS min 3 and PS max 10, and so far it actually seems quite successful. I’m attaching an OSCAR screenshot from last night — AHI was low, leaks almost zero, and I feel somewhat better today. I also configured User Flag 1 and User Fl...

Re: Still struggling with cpap ASV
What do you think ? OK, 2 things: 1. Trying to fix your issues with an ASV machine is absolutely absurd ( fr. absolument absurde ). 2. Even if by some convoluted, bizarre rationale whereby someone would argue that ASV might offer some benefit, the settings chosen are complete nonsense. Please can y...

Re: Still struggling with cpap ASV
I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea by the end of 2020 when I did polysomnography which showed 27 AHI. No desaturation. Well that's a neat trick. IIWY I'd get a hold of the original, complete studies and find out exactly what needs to be fixed. If anything. Here is a IA translation of my last PSG ...

Still struggling with cpap ASV
Hello I have been under CPAP for 5 years now, 4 years witch Resmed 10 Airsense, and one year with Resmed ASV. Move to ASV was a little success at the beginning compared to normal CPAP, but last weeks my sleep quality has fallen. Last night my ASV setting were fix epap 9.4, PS min 4.2, PS max 11. I t...
