I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea by the end of 2020 when I did polysomnography which showed 27 AHI. No desaturation. Well that's a neat trick. Unfortunately or fortunately my sleep hygiene is rather good.

Except screens like many of us...

I take melatonin, many herbs.

Any advice about my "sleep doctor" who told that maybe I don't need a CPAP to sleep ?? :shock:
