I switched to the Brevida nasal pillow mask from the P10 a couple of weeks ago, looking for fewer leaks. I find the Brevida much less comfortable, plus I get irritation of the nostrils and septum. Thanks Dog Slobber. I have downloaded and installed Oscar. Re importing data, is this only via SD card. I am using a ResMed machine, so I get pdf reports which I assume are not a format that Oscar can work with.

Thanks Zonker, but I am getting the message “OSCAR” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware. I ran it through Avast, but still no luck.

SleepDeep, I have a ResMed AirSense 10 and I don't receive the data in my reports that you show in your post. I'm wondering how I can get a more detailed report. I just get usage hours, leaks L/min, average AHI. Thanks in advance.

Following up on my earlier post on this thread, it is now 2 months since starting on CPAP. I have been taking a tablespoon of olive oil with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a couple of weeks (saw it recommended somewhere), and it has relieved my constipation issues significantly.

Glad to have found this post. I also began experiencing severe constipation after starting with CPAP a month ago. No changes in diet or exercise, so have been trying to pin down the cause. I will up my water intake and see what happens.
