Has anyone been using Inspire device for severe sleep apnea of 62. Also, my endoscopy says collapse of "ONCENTRIC COLLAPSE AT VELOPHARYNX" and "COLLAPSE AT NASOPHARYNX". If someone is in same situation, please share your thoughts on the use pf the device and solution to my endoscopy.

I am diagnosed with severe sleep apnea at level of 62. Also, my endoscopy says "ONCENTRIC COLLAPSE AT VELOPHARYNX", "COLLAPSE AT NASOPHARYNX". Surgery for muscles that have collapsed
I am having trouble with my sleep. My endoscopy shows collapse of the muscles in my throat.Along with this doctor has also said that my uvula is long and needs to be shorten with surgery.
