You might be able to use slightly less minimum pressure with the ResMed algorithm...might not. It varies between people how much difference they can get by with. For me it was just a 2 cm lower minimum. The ResMed auto adjusting algorithm just responds a little more quickly than the Respironics doe...

It really irks me to read all the comments that people make that they were not aware of the recall. What's the common theme - no comms from Philips and no comms from their DME.
