If you are just pressing the large button with OPTIONS on the screen in the morning, you are getting last nights AHI. If you are turning the dial to the Sleep Report, you are getting the average of the period of time you have it set for. Came here to ask same question. 3.6 events but ahi in report ...

I need to know: Is the AHI number I see in the morning on the Resmed Air Sense 10 giving me the score for only last night? Or, is it an average of a week of nights, or a month of nights, or what? (I"m working on getting this score lower, so it would be good to know this information.) Thanks to anyo...

True, but once a person's therapy is optimized and stable, a quick look on the machine display at last night's AHI, leak level, and 95% pressure may be sufficient.
Does the A 10 only ramp up to 95% of set max pressure ?

Blood pressure increase .

Went off Bipap to Apap with this machine and my systolic/dias bp at wakeup is is now 25-30 pts higher. I must be desaturating too, AHI was 5.2 with 2-3 centrals, machine might only work while Im actually breathing. looong centrals maybe?I myself probable need to wear a overnight pulse ox recorder, w...

Redmare (and others) - it's possible your min. pressure was set too low, so low that it's difficult to inhale properly (e.g. 4 or 5) which happens a lot when docs think the machine's magic and can rise (literally) to the occasion of even very high level events.
