Thank you, palerider. I deleted the short session in last nights screenshot. As you can see, I did take the mask off a few times (but none because of itching!). At one point there was whistling coming from my mask, I've never had that happen before.
Would you suggest I raise it to 9, or higher?

Re: New--General Questions
Three anecdotal (non-expert) pieces of input. 1. I believe my PAP clock (Resmed AirSense 10 AutoSet) uses standard time, not daylight savings time. 2. I respectfully disagree with other posts saying your pressure is too low. I find that if I raise my max, the machine chases the new max WITHOUT havi...

Re: New--General Questions
Hi all-- I am now two months into cpap and still struggling. I can't use the nasal pillows. Even though I use Ayr Saline nasal gel, the pressure of the machine causes pain in my nasal passages that often wakes me up. Bumping the humidity to the max of 7 didn't help much. A few weeks ago my doc order...

Re: New--General Questions
It’d be great if you could post an Oscar chart so we can see in more detail what’s going on. Please include the left panel and stack your graphs like so: Events Flow rate Pressure Leaks Flow limitations Snores. No need to include any other graphs for now. Thanks Miss Emerita, I will post the Oscar ...

Re: New--General Questions
More likely, you wake up because your pressure is too low, causing you to have breathing disturbances (which is what causes the pressure to increase) then you blame waking up on the pressure that's trying to get high enough to hold your airways open. I've been bumping up the pressure very slowly, i...

Re: New--General Questions
Also, is the time on Oscar correct? It is reporting whatever time your machine has timed stamped the files UNLESS you have chosen the wrong time in the time zone selection process during profile set up. Now it is entirely possible that the clock on the machine itself is not set correctly and thus y...

New--General Questions
Hi everyone, I'm new to cpap, tonight is my 10th night. I've been reading everything I can get my hands on to learn more about my condition, but I have a couple of questions that I haven't been able to find an answer to. For reference, I am using the Resmed Autosense 10. My first question is about h...
