Re: NEW Resmed Airsense 10 camping trauma due to 125 W instead of 90 W cord
so, even if the new airsense 110 v wall plug cord has a sticker that says 125w/7A and the old DC converter box to use with an RV battery says 90W and 3.75A it should still work? Ugh. haha WHAT DID I JUST type? I cannot understand this stuff. It does not make sense to me. It all worked fine for years...

Re: NEW Resmed Airsense 10 camping trauma due to 125 W instead of 90 W cord
I don't know what I am talking about. The change is with the new water chamber (the plastic part) ithat has the metal part on the botton of the chamber is now round on the bottom, rather than square like my old one. I guess that is not any reason for a cord not to work.
I am stumped.

Re: NEW Resmed Airsense 10 camping trauma due to 125 W instead of 90 W cord
Hi, the old DC hook up to the battery cord does not work with my new airsense. It looks like the same size plug. I am lost. Both of the machines actually say 90W on the regular 110 plug so that isn't it you guys are so right. I have two airsense machines...one 5 yrs old and one new. New one won't ru...

Re: NEW Resmed Airsense 10 camping trauma due to 125 W instead of 90 W cord
Pardon my dumbness, but I'm and electrician and all a higher wattage cord would indicate to me would be that its made of larger wire and able to carry a heavier load. I don't understand how a higher wattage cord would prevent you from hooking it up to an RV battery, what am I missing? Something ain...

Re: NEW Resmed Airsense 10 camping trauma due to 125 W instead of 90 W cord

The old cord looks like the photo below..a.nd i got that kind in order to bypass an inverter to save battery life....these worked GREAT for years with a marine/rv battery. Suddenly they do not work with the brand new airsense 10. Cord still works with old airsens...

NEW Resmed Airsense 10 camping trauma due to 125 W instead of 90 W cord
Hello everyone, I just got off the phone with resmed customer service who has no clue why I would have a 125 W cord with my new airsense 10 (with the newer humidifier chamber). My old airsense 10 has a 90 w cord. Little did I know when i went camping and tried to plug the clips on to my rv battery.....
