Re: Apria Healthcare and Resmed Warranty question
And.......YOU........didn't do your homework before YOU allowed them to rip you off!!! While I agree you didn't do your homework and we all know that is hard when you are first starting out - I think you may have a case. I think it's worthwhile to talk to a lawyer but I would look for a large law f...

Re: Apria Healthcare and Resmed Warranty question
Everyone. I purchased a Resmend Airsense 10 and a SoClean machine on the same day in April 2020 from Apria. However, this is on the Resmed website: Effective February 1, 2020 ozone damage is specifically excluded. So they sold me a device that they knew would void the warranty of the product they s...

Re: Sticky: Phillips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
Resmed 10. See my other post for more info. They use the same foam as Phillips. I'm sure this has been great for my lungs. I’ll throw out the BS Flag as well. ResMed foam IS not the same as the Philips foam - not even close. ResMed even issued a press release explaining how their foam is not...

Re: Resmed 10 and SoClean Issue! See Pic!
It appears that the Phillips recall is for the same reason as this problem . So why no recall for the Resmed? ResMed has issued a statement and I got an email from them saying the type of foam they use is different from the type Philips uses which is causing the recall. Maybe so. But it looks the s...

Resmed 10 and SoClean Issue! See Pic!
I have had the Resmed 10 machine for a little over a year. Upon recommendations from friends, I also purchased the SoClean 2. It has been fine until the last few weeks. I started noticing black specks in the water chamber in the morning. I'm pretty good at cleaning the parts, but I cleaned everythin...
