Exactly what model/brand of machine were you using that up and died? Do you know the pressure settings? So, it's okay to get one even if he doesn't know what it should be programed to? Like, if we get a bipap, will it automatically adjust for his level?

You can get them lots of places without a script, but try Secondwindcpap.com for starters - very legit, reliable, many here have bought from them. Good idea and sometimes they will work with people who don't have an original RX when people are long term cpap veterans but I am sensing the OP here re...

I joined this forum for info but before I jump in, I need some help determining if the info here would be useful. Background: I've had SA for at least 20 years. Back then I had insurance and was able to do a sleep study and get a machine. Eventually, I got a new machine, but it's about 10 years old ...
