Thanks DiGriz!! Your fix was spot on. Saved me heaps and fixed easily. My problem was simply water leaked into the heater under the water tank. I am pretty sure I simply overfilled my tank. I just had to open up the base & dry it out. Note however there are electronic components on the heater plate,...
