Re: ResMed N30 "Seal" Problems
I've tried all of the suggestions. The boiling in water gives one or two more days until I have to boil it again. I've tried the rotation as well. I'm throwing in the towel. When Medicare allows me to order a new mask next month, I'll be switching to a Philips. Thank you all for the help.

I thought that could be the problem, but switching to a new frame did not solve it.super7pilot wrote: ↑Sat Dec 07, 2024 3:51 pmMight the actual mask support structure (frame) have become damaged over time in that area and this stresses the new insert after a time? The mask frame might need replacing.

Re: ResMed N30 "Seal" Problems
lynninnj, thanks for the suggestions. I will try. The strange/frustrating thing is that I never had a problem until almost a year ago. The cushions would last a month. Then, all of a sudden, I was pulling them on and off, trying to get the seal to seal. No matter what, they would last no more than a...

Re: ResMed N30 "Seal" Problems
Thks for your thoughts. I didn't change anything other than the normal use replacement items.
I had been thinking that something had changed in the manufacturing process - hoping to see others with a similar problem. It doesn't seem that way.

ResMed N30 "Seal" Problems
For over two years, my ResMed N30 was great. Over the last several months, I've had problems with a small air leak where the silicon nasal cushion attaches to the nasal cradle of the frame. See picture below. I don't care about the tiny leakage, but the small noise irritates me. It only occurs after...

Free - Bleeps
Bleeps did not work for me, so I have leftovers. The forum has been so helpful for me, I will send out my leftover Bleeps for free, no charge. I have a total of 74 DreamPorts (new) and two DreamWay connector kits (slightly used). Just PM me your name and address and I will get them to you. First per...

you machine is fighting with it's hands tied. when you bump the max up, it'll be free to fight!

Re: Evaluation of My OSCAR Data
Things are looking pretty good! I'd suggest raising your minimum a tad, as jimbud suggested, to see whether that helps with OAs, so try raising it by .2 cm increments, sticking with each new setting for at least 3-4 nights to see whether you can spot any trends. I'd recommend doing that first; once...

Re: Evaluation of My OSCAR Data
I've been away, and it's nice to come back and see you doing better. Jimbud has given you some good advice. Stick with your current settings a little longer. If you continue to see more than a couple of OAs, you can try inching up your minimum. CAs can be very inconsistent from one night to the nex...

Re: Evaluation of My OSCAR Data
I finally got closer to having the Dreamports on correctly. The Lava soap idea helped. Well, if no one will. I will say a little something. Now that you have things (mostly) under control. Give it a few days or a week to let things settle in. Hopefully the Centrals will get fewer and you can start ...

I hate when that happens! Good luck tonight. Please bear with me for another day. I don't know why the Dreamports are not staying on correctly. mlandau33 » Fri Sep 10, 2021 9:51 am Pugsy. I did end up with a small leak, but it was probably due to not-so-perfect placement. Below is my OSCAR data: If you are wanting Pugsy to take a look at your data, it will help to take her quote and add it to your post (like I did yours on this one). It wi...
