Well, fwiw, I also use a Eson mask and have noticed that those holes turn black on the regular as well. Since it’s not a filter, and just a diffuser for the stream of exiting air I usually peel a layer off the fiber pad and use it a few more times. But I’ve always thought “man, I must be breathing i...

Lots of mention in this thread about data being encrypted, and also lots of talk about Congressional action. Maybe the current interest in “right to repair” will set some precedent in this arena as well, so we have the right to repair the most sacred equipment of all - ourselves.
