Please help interpret my OSCAR data, i am based in the UK
Hi, I'm trying to dial in my therapy as the NHS here is being very slow with it. I have the Resmed Airsense 10. I feel okay sleeping on my side but I always roll onto my back. My CPAP pressure was set at 4.6 - 20, and EPAP on at 3. I'll post some screenshots. The myAir App gives me great scores but ...

Noise from P30i when sleeping on side
Hello, I have been on treatment for 3 years but received a new machine recently and since then I have heard this hissing noise only when I sleep on my side. The only thing I can think the problem is is that the machine I had before was faulty or working sub-par, I got it off Gumtree (that's a differ...

Re: New to CPAP, first sleep report
I would be interested to see how I feel if I can control those leaks however small or irregular, as it looks like it was the reason for the events. I will add more min pressure and see how it goes, perhaps it would also make a better seal. A good solution would be to sleep on my side and if I roll o...

New to CPAP, first sleep report
It's early days with this machine, adapted to it better than I thought I would, I thought the mask (P30i) or pressure would wake me up all the time. But I generally don't feel refreshed after waking, but I know this could be a number of factors. Even though I don't sleep many hours since using CPAP ...

Re: Does Airfit F30 / F30i clamp nose in any way ?
I have always found Nasal Pillows better when congested, compared to Nasal or Full-face masks. Many Nasal and FF masks put pressure on the bridge of the nose. Since moving away from the N20 Nasal mask and using the P10 and P30i Nasal Pillows, I've found they inflate my passages and cut through any ...

Does Airfit F30 / F30i clamp nose in any way ?
Hi, I just joined and wanted to get a little info before making my first purchase. I often get congested during hayfever season no matter how many antihistamines I take. Looking at the shape of the masks, it seems like the nose sinks in and sits on a cushion. Is there any restriction or even slight ...
