and change your air filter about every 6 months.

i try to follow this cleaning routine using soapy water:

daily - humidifier reservoir
daily - nose pillow
weekly - hoses
weekly - nose pillow assembly head strap ( cleaning keeps it from over stretching )

also try to hand rinse / wash the chin strap and my sleep mask.

I started getting moisture that I noticed when breathing through the nose pillow. Called (Resmed iirc) and they recommended lowering the unit, which solved the problem.
