Re: Advice please - mouth open
EPR allows for a per cm drop per setting during exhale. Example....EPR set to 2 and pressure is set to 15 cm.....during inhale you have 15 cm and exhale is 13 cm...2 cm drop. Bilevel machines as opposed to cpap/apap machines will offer more than a 3 cm drop during exhale. cpap/apap machine with exh...

Re: Advice please - mouth open.... and more
The saga continues. To summarise. I went to the sleep Dr with two issues. Apnoea and low blood oxygen saturation. After a sleep study he suggested a CPAP trial (on auto.) During the four week trial I had no problems, and it fixed the Apnoea. However my oxygen saturation level was low. The specialist...

Re: Advice please - mouth open
I have a Resmed chin strap but by itself, it has not fixed the problem. For the record, I do not breath through my mouth normally. Even at night. The issue is that with the CPAP set at twelve, during the night my mouth opens (due to the pressure?) and the air from the CPAP rushes out. Just to reiter...

Advice please - mouth open
A bit of history to explain where I am now. I used a Resmed S9 Autoset with nasal mark for years and it seemed to do the trick. I stopped using it for a few years as my Apnoea was very mild. Recently I was diagnosed as having low blood oxygen saturation when sleeping (around 80+.) After the first sl...

Re: Resmed 10 Autoset Wireless ?
Thanks for the replies. Given the age we live in, it seems stupid that you can't download the data via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

Resmed 10 Autoset Wireless ?
Hi there. I have just purchased a Resmed 10 Autoset and have a question about the wireless connection.
I downloaded the Oscar software but it only mentions importing data from the SD card. Is there a way to import data via wireless? Or do I need some other software?
