Lower EPR?
Hi, I have a question/hypothesis, if my EPR/EPAP always hits a pressure of 15-16, regardless of if the EPR is set to 1, 2, or 3, is that a sign that that's just the pressure that I need and that I should lower the EPR/turn it off so the normal pressure doesn't need to go so high to get the EPAP/pres...

Obstructives at 20 pressure?
Hi, I have a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset, and it seems that my obstructives are persisting despite reaching the machine's maximum, what is going on? Is this one of those postural things? Last night's sleep is attached.

Re: Anything to be improved?
Oh, I'll definitely try increasing EPR to 3. Also boosting the minimum up to 15. I'm kind of wondering if the costochondritis is somehow worsened by solely the effort required to exhale(and the EPR might also help with that?), since inhaling is perfectly easy. For side vs back sleeping, I don't actu...

Anything to be improved?
Hi, i've been using a CPAP machine for a while now, and I'm wondering if there's any improvements to be made, since I'm still feeling kind of tired, despite an AHI of around 2-3ish. I'm also wondering if the tiredness is just a matter of my body getting used to a proper night's sleep after all this ...

Re: Severe Nasal Congestion
Tried pressing on the sides of my nose, doesn't really seem to do much, but when I let go, my nostrils weirdly got really clear for a while, so maybe this has something to do with it? Also, my humidity is off, only because it seemingly increased the congestion at the start, but that may very well be...

Severe Nasal Congestion
Hi, I've been experiencing fairly severe nasal congestion, in kind of a strange way. When I put on my CPAP mask(Airfit F20 full face if it's relevant) and turn on the machine, VERY shortly afterwards, my nose becomes congested(both nostrils, when I get congested in other circumstances it's usually j...

Re: Cpap data
About the sleeping on my back, I'm guessing I wind up turning onto my back since the weight of the tube sticking out of the front of the mask winds up creating a pulling force on the mask when I'm on my side, and that's kind of uncomfortable. I can fall asleep if i position myself carefully, but I c...

Re: Cpap data
Ah, I'm pretty sure I'm sleeping kind of on my side on my side(well, sorta turned but not completely), but I may be sleeping on my back, since sometimes I wake up that way. Oh, and I'm also getting an Airfit f30i from the DME company due to fitting/leak issues I've been having with the Airfit f20(it...

Re: Cpap data
Hi, I'm a little confused as to last night's data, I set the machine to 11-20 and it seems to have maxed out on the pressure at points, but the total AHI hasn't gone down compared to the previous night. Also, I woke up with a headache. Can you guys tell what's going on?

Re: Cpap data
Ok, here's last night's data after the adjustment to 11-16. My AHI seems to have gone down, which is good, but it appears to still be maxing out on the pressure, so I may increase it a a bit more more next night. I just didn't want to jump it up to 20 max in one night just in case it did something w...

Re: Cpap data
Hmm, yeah I guess I'll try increasing the max a bit tonight, thanks. Oh, and the EPR at 1 seems perfectly comfortable at this level so perhaps I'll leave it for now unless it bothers me. Anyway, do I make a new post, or just go back to this one if I wanted to post the data from tonight's sleep tomor...

Cpap data
Hi, I got a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset a week ago, and probably stupidly, tried to adjust the settings to get my AHI down within the first week, since it jumped up from what the CPAP machine at the sleep study gave me, which was a 3(down from 26 on my side and 30 on my back without it, with my O2 go...
